DAN LESLIE
Dan Leslie joined TFI International in 2016 as Regional Vice President for TForce Logistics Canada and was recently named President of TForce Logistics US in 2023. In 2022, Dan was promoted to Senior Vice President of US Operations which followed his role as Vice President and General Manager of TForce Logistics Canada and AC Logistics Canada, in 2020. In 2018, he held the position of Vice President Operations for TForce Logistics Canada and AC Logistics Canada, following his assumption of responsibility for the Eastern and Western Canadian territory in 2017 as Vice President of Operations. Dan graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting.

LARRY FUACO

LARRY FUACO
Larry Fuaco joined TFI International in 2004 as VP Operations with Trans4 Logistics, and previously had spent 10 years with TNT Logistics in various transportation leadership roles. In 2010 Larry assumed the role of Vice-President Operations for Canpar Express, transitioning to the newly acquired Loomis Express as Vice-President Operations in 2012, and in 2014 he became the Vice-President Operations for both Canpar Express and Loomis Express. In 2020, Larry was appointed President of TForce Integrated Solutions and in 2022 he took on the additional role of President of TForce Logistics Canada and AC Logistics Canada. Larry holds an Honors in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

DEAN MILLS
Dean is the Vice President of Sales, North America for TForce Logistics, TForce Integrated Solutions and Unity Courier, and has been engaged with transportation, logistics and supply chain solutions for the past 20+ years, combined with over 27 years of sales and marketing leadership experience. Dean joined TFI International in 2017, as Vice President of Sales & Client Services for one of our sister companies, TFIS, and came on board with TForce Logistics in 2019 as our sales and marketing leader, with responsibility for both Canada and U.S sales and marketing operations. He currently splits his time between our Dallas and Toronto offices.

AARON ODUD

AARON ODUD
Aaron Odud has been with TForce sine May 2013 and has advanced with the company as a Director, Senior Director, VP and now in his current role as Regional VP of TForce Logistics East Region and TForce Medical Logistics. Aaron has also lead or participated in several projects including M&A integrations. Aaron has over 18 years’ experience in the logistics industry at various organization including Nabisco, Kraft Foods and Ryder Logistics and is a Marine Corps Veteran. Based in NJ, his focus is continuing to grow our Medical Logistics Operations and driving e-commerce growth and service excellence in the east region. Outside of work, Aaron is an avid baseball fan, enjoys golf and spending time with his sons.

JIM MERRIMAN

JIM MERRIMAN
Jim Merriman joined TForce Logistics in April 2019 as Senior Director of Operations for the Midwest Region. With 33 years of industry experience, Jim was recently promoted to Region Vice President for Central U.S. A veteran of the Transportation and Military sectors, he holds a Bachelor of Arts from Norwich University and is Greenbelt Six Sigma and Kaizen Certified. Based in Chicago, Jim focuses on operational excellence, service improvement, and financial reviews. His current initiative, “Drive for 95%”, aims to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction. In his free time, Jim enjoys golfing, long walks with his dog, and spending quality time with his family. He is an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and lives by the motto, “When things go wrong…rest if you must – BUT DON’T YOU QUIT!”

BRIAN CUTHILL

BRIAN CUTHILL
Brian Cuthill has been a stalwart at TForce Logistics since May 7, 2007, beginning his journey as an Ops Manager at the Office Depot DC in Fremont, CA. With 26 years rooted in logistics, Brian has climbed every rung of the transportation ladder, from a part-time package handler to his current role as RVP-West US. His promotions have seen him as Branch Manager, Regional Director, and Senior Regional Director. Brian, based in West Sacramento, CA, embodies company values in daily routines, currently steering the DECS conversion at Unity Courier and championing initiatives like the TForce Cup. Outside of work, he relishes fishing, watching his son play baseball, cooking, and spending cherished moments with family. A San Francisco 49ers enthusiast, Brian’s passion for the game mirrors his dedication to TForce.

TOBY BUTERBAUGH, ESQ

TOBY BUTERBAUGH, ESQ
Toby joined TForce Logistics as Vice President of Compliance and Recruiting in 2021 after practicing law for two decades. Prior to TForce, Toby served as General Counsel for a dedicated transportation, logistics, and warehousing company, where he also managed the Safety, Recruiting, and Human Resources departments. Before entering the transportation industry, Toby worked in financial services, spending ten years at Citigroup.

GERALD HAAK

GERALD HAAK
Gerald joined TForce Logistics/ AC Final Mile in January 2019 as Vice President National Accounts and Operational Support. Gerald’s focus is on maximizing the customer experience. Process standardization, training and development along with service level measurement will be the levers used to improve the customer experience. Gerald has 30 years of experience within the sameday/final mile market in leadership roles in operations, sales and other customer facing roles in Loomis, Security Express, Dynamex and SCI. Gerald enjoys spending time with family and travelling and is a committed Toronto Maple Leaf fan.

GREG LINDEN

GREG LINDEN
Greg Linden is an accomplished logistics professional, with over 20 years of experience. His leadership and operational knowledge began as a driver, delivering furniture in the Minnesota markets. Greg has held key roles with TForce since 2006, including management roles in operations, information technology, and finance. In 2014 Greg moved to Dallas to work out of the Corporate office, working with both Corporate Departments and Field Operations. Greg and his wife enjoy interacting with their 3 young sons as much as possible. Activities are starting to fill up their calendar most weeks! Other hobbies include being fan of most professional sports in some aspect, though especially fond of Baseball & Football. When not engaged in sports fandom, movies usually fill in the remainder of his time.

JUSTIN HOWARD

JUSTIN HOWARD
Justin Howard joined TForce Logistics in 2019 as Vice President Finance, and was named Vice President, FP&A, North America in 2020. He has over 20 years of experience in the technology, CPG, and logistics industries. Based in our Dallas office, Justin is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and working with the rest of the leadership team to drive financial performance. In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife Anne and their three sons, traveling, and volunteering.
